Vintage Bakelite Festoon Bid Necklace with Two Colors of Asymmetrical Dangles - Brass Chain - Two Layers - Swirl Marble Unique Rings

Eye catching vintage bakelite necklace:

- Double layer festoon or bib style

- Drippy dangly bakelite rings with the most unusual asymmetrical scalloped edge shape

- Two marbled colors - one a butterscotch swirl the other a tortoise shell with an olive green hue

- Matching brass beads in the center of each

- Brass or brass toned chain

- Period correct old extender / lengthener with similar chain style - I have a feeling it has been there quite a while!

ESTIMATED AGE OR ERA = True original authentic antique / vintage piece. Guessing 1920's to 1930's

METAL AND/OR MATERIAL = Brass or brass toned metal - the extension piece has a tad darker hue. Both shades of the colorful dangles pass the Simichrome and rub and smell tests for bakelite

CLOSURE/CLASP = Small tension latch clasp

MARKS = None that I could find

MEASUREMENTS = Bottom strand / chain measures 21" long - not including any visual length the pieces add - inner strand is 18" - not counting the bakelite or beads. Both measurements include the extender. Colorful pieces are aprox 1" long x 13/16" wide. Beads 1/4" diameter

CONDITION = Fantastic condition for the age - no actual damage to mention.
