METAL / MATERIAL: Entirely non-magnetic gold toned metal - I am guessing it is gold filled or plated. Over a non-magnetic base metal - possibly sterling silver or brass

CLASP / CLOSURE: Old fashioned C catch clasp

CONDITION = Good vintage condition given the age - no damage or quirks to mention, other than the wells mentioned above. Those very well may have been and intentional decoration or meant for additional adornment. Hardware in good working order and finish well intact. In an excellent state of preservation
