AGE OR ERA: Authentic true vintage piece - guessing 1960's - 1970's mid century to retro in era. This particular mark was used 1955 and after. Art produced jewelry from circa 1950 - 1980

MARKINGS: ART followed by a copyright c in a circle on the back side. Arthur Pepper mark used 1955 and after

METAL / MATERIAL: Gold toned metal base with colorful opaque and transparent enameling and scattered rhinestones on the front side

CLASP / CLOSURE: Roll over safety clasp - set on the diagonal

CONDITION = Great vintage condition - no damage or quirks found to mention. No chips, etc to the enamel, finish all nicely intact, and pin back hardware in good working and holding order. In an excellent state of preservation
