AGE OR ERA: Authentic true antique / vintage jewelry piece - I am guessing this to be 1920's to 1940's in era

CONDITION = Great vintage condition for the age - no actual damage to mention. Rhinestones are all present - although grayed as most French paste stones like this are. The connecting member in the middle has the a little wave or ripple - could very well be straighten because this type of metal is so soft and malleable. But I love it just like it is as a reminder that things aren't always perfect, straight, or smooth. In an excellent state of preservation
