Vintage / antique Mizpah bracelet & pin brooch set:

~ Mizpah jewelry is historically known to convey and symbolize a bond between two people - a "forget-me-not" sentiment, visible token of love or friendship, continual message that the recipient is loved and the giver will "always be with them", believed to ensure safe returns and similar warm thoughts

~ Popular in the Victorian era

~ It was both a common broad term with deep meaning - and the name of a company founded in England by two brothers that produced keepsake jewelry that represented the same emotions

~ This set features lucky three leaf clovers or shamrocks with transparent green enamel rendered in brass with a gold plating or wash

Ready and waiting for your wrist, lapel, collection, or gift giving - you will love this!

METAL / MATERIAL: Looks to be brass or brass toned metal with a gold gilding, plating, or wash and transparent green enamel

CLASP / CLOSURE: Spring ring clasp

    MEASUREMENTS: Bracelet about 6 3/4" long x 5/8" wide, brooch is aprox 3/4" x 7/8"

    U.S. RING SIZE: x

CONDITION = Great vintage condition with no flaws or quirks found to mention. The pin shows less wear on the backside than the bracelet - due to the fact that the bracelet backside is more of a high contact wear area I imagine. All clasp in good working order. Enamel in fantastic shape with minimal wear. In an excellent state of preservation

"A picture is worth a thousand words"

Please view & enlarge photographs to closely inspect fine details and to determine the amount of patina and/or wear. Most older pieces by nature normally have some degree of both and, unless severe, aren't considered damaged and not mentioned. Especially if obvious and/or prominent in the photos. Individuals do have varying levels of desire and tolerance for "vintage charm" so do utilize the scroll arrows beside the photos to allow yourself the opportunity to view them all, as they are an integral part and extension of the description.
