AGE OR ERA: True antique / vintage jewelry piece - estimating circa 1920's - Art Deco era

MARKINGS: The football reads BBB 1924 - written in pencil

METAL / MATERIAL: Very heavy solid hard foot ball material - possibly cement or similar, lovely true football color body paint with black and red accents, penciled lettering

CLASP / CLOSURE: Silver toned metal stick pin hardware - slightly rotational in the ball. Not completely fixed in position

MEASUREMENTS: Stick pin hardware is about 1 1/4" long and the charming old football is aprox 18 x 25 mm or 1" x 3/4"

WEIGHT: 8.0 grams on my scale

CONDITION = Great vintage condition - no damage found to mention. Normal vintage wear from age and use as one would expect - in particular a tiny area of finish or paint loss on the very end of the ball. Very well intact given the material and age. In an excellent state of preservation
