CONDITION = Great vintage condition - the stick pin portion exhibits a small amount of tarnish or rust that should clean up nicely with some emory cloth or even polish, if you feel the need. The small moving pin itself may not be sterling silver. It has a rougher feel due to the tarnish or patina, but is in good working order. Enamel is in fantastic shape. In an excellent state of preservation
