CONDITION: Good vintage condition given the age and rarity. The chain it is currently hung on shows some wear, mainly along the area it would touch the back of a neck. Easy fix - especially if you would want to switch out chains anyway. One small area of chipping - well-hidden under a prong. One stone has some internal flaws - that can be seen, not felt at all. I believe the latter two items to both be original to the construction of the piece and are mainly visible when closely scrutinizing and actively searching for flaws. I needed 10x magnification to spot either. See last pic(s). In an overall excellent state of preservation.
