JUST FOR FUN - AI DESCRIPTION - (GENERATED BY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE): This beautiful 14K yellow gold Victorian hair art mourning pin is a stunning piece of antique jewelry. With intricate black enamel detailing, the pin features a laurel leaf design that is both elegant and timeless. The rectangular shape and 1" length make it a versatile accessory that can be worn on any occasion, from formal events to everyday outfits. Crafted by hand, this brooch is a unique and original piece that is sure to impress. The gold and enamel material make it a durable and valuable addition to any jewelry collection. Whether you're looking for a special gift for a loved one or simply want to add to your own collection, this Victorian hair art mourning pin is a must-have.
CONDITION: Acceptable to good vintage condition given the value of the meaning, design, and materials - There is some enamel loss and small flea bites to the glass or crystal mainly around the beveled edges, both issues greatly magnified / intensified in the photos. I am guessing the viewing window isn't as clear as it once was from age and use. I am hoping someone out there can see the value and treasure it as is as a beautiful heirloom and reminder that nothing is perfect. In an excellent state of preservation.
