The bands are very small, meant for a baby, child, little girl, the very very petite wrist or even a doll. In a resting or unstretched form they are about 5" in inner circumference. Stretched - they measure very roughly 6.5" around or circumference at most. Even if your wrist size is 6.5" or smaller, please remember that these don't have a clasp and need to fit over your hand as well.
