Lovely RARE antique late 1800's art glass pin / brooch:
*Features a large round domed peacock eye foiled cobalt blue and emerald green art glass centerpiece
*Bezel set in a pressed brass frame with a scrolling pattern and fantastic patina
*Bears an early mark of the Fisher Nessler Company (1885 - 1937) - their pieces are very uncommon and hard to come by, as is as antique peacock eye glass jewelry in general making this brooch a win win for the lucky new owner
Marks = F.N. CO.
Weight = 7.7 grams on my scale
Size= 15/16" diameter, 1/2" thick or deep (including pin back hardware)
CONDITION: Good condition for the age - the pin back has bends but remains in working order and the crown of the stone has some minor abrasions. View & enlarge photographs to closely inspect fine details and to determine the amount of patina, and/or wear. Most older pieces by nature normally have some degree of both and, unless severe, aren't considered damaged. I will sure note anything glaring or distracting. Please utilize the scroll arrows beside the photos to allow yourself the opportunity to view them all.
