Vintage Mexican Handmade Pin / Brooch Necklace Pendant Combination Piece - Big Oval Mahogany Obsidian Cabochon with Lacy Silver Frame - OLD

Fantastic OLD Mexican designer handmade sterling silver pin/pendant combination piece:

*Boasts a big oval high domed cabochon brown and black mahogany obsidian stone

*Lacy sterling filigree patterns all around

*So versatile and wearable - it can be worn as a brooch / pin or a necklace pendant

*The back has lots of markings - STERLING 0.925 - one I can't make out - and GUAD MEX along with an eagle mark with what looks to be 197 inside

*Measures about 1.75" x 1 1/2", stone is about 1" x 11/16"

*Great vintage condition - no damage, the pin back may be a replacement - not sure. Please view & enlarge photographs to closely inspect fine details and to determine the amount of patina, and/or wear. Most older pieces by nature normally have some degree of both and, unless severe, aren't considered damaged. I will do my best to note anything glaring or distracting.
