Vintage Mid Century 1950's Mexican Men's Souvenir Tourist Ring - Horse Head in Horseshoe w Roman Gladiator / Soldier / Warrior Lucky Ring

Huge heavy showy mid century 1950's vintage Mexican man's / men's ring:

* Features a matte silver toned metal body with applied personalized brass accents

* Fantastic deep carved or chipped border framing the main raised brass oval plaque with a horse head depicted in a horseshoe

* Sides show a brass Roman gladiator / soldier / warrior figure

* This big chunky ring will appeal across a number of collecting subcultures - gambler, rockabilly, rocker, jockey, horse man, biker, tourist souvenir, greaser, or would make a the perfect bold wearable good luck charm for anyone wanting to make a statement

* I believe that this is an earlier example of this type of ring

*Marks = None that I can find - classic unmistakable Mexican tourist souvenir ring though

*Size = 9.25

*Measurements = The face is 7/8" tall x 3/4" wide and the band tapers to a super wide 9 mm in back.

*Weight = 27.8 grams on my scale

CONDITION: Great condition for the age - no damage or quirks to mention. Some very minor random pin point speckle / spot type tarnish on the silver toned metal - mainly on the inside of the ring. I have not tried to clean or polish this at all. View & enlarge photographs to closely inspect fine details and to determine the amount of patina, and/or wear. Most older pieces by nature normally have some degree of both and, unless severe, aren't considered damaged. I will try my best to note anything glaring or distracting.
