RACY RETRO - Vintage Red and Black Earring Collection Lot - Glass Bakelite Lucite Metal - Clip and Screw on Backs Hardware 4 Almost Anyone

Collection or lot of bold or racy vintage black and red earrings:

~ 7 pairs of clip on earrings and three pairs of screw back - for a total of 10 great pairs

~ Perfect versatile accessories that most anyone should be able to wear - pierced ears or not

Clip ons -

1. Large red domed button earrings - appear to be enameled brass 1 1/8" diameter

2. High dome pair of lucite, bakelite or similar 1" diameter and dome rise height of about 1/2" - these sure have the look and feel of bakelite, but do not test to be such - as some reds commonly do not

3. Similar to pair described above, but smaller at 3/4" diameter and lower 1/4" rise - also appear to be bakelite or closely related material such as French bakelite or goliath, catalin, or similar

4. Another round button pair - look and feel like glass or very very hard plastic - 18 mm diameter

5. Large oval domed pair with black background and inset red centerpiece - lucite 1 1/4' x 1" - high end look and feel

6. Ribbed metal red enamel partial hoops - 7/8" long

7. Enamel metal flared hoops - black with inset red stripe 1 1/4" diameter

Screw to tighten backs -

1. Black glass seed bead spiral patterned pair - hardware appears to be brass and they have a yummy black raspberry or blackberry vibe - 3/4" diameter

2. Classy little black glass or French jet pair with silver toned hardware - 5/8" across

3. Red glass button round earrings - molded or pressed glass - 1/2" diameter

All in great shape - no quirks or damage to mention

~ I am guessing these to be circa 1930's to 1980's
