Set of two antique spoons:
~ I am not a spoon expert at all - and can't seem to find much information on this maker
~ From my research I have found that the original Williams Rogers & Co operated from 1841 - 1855 and largely made coin silver pieces - I am unsure of actual age of these spoons and can't seem to find a pattern match or pattern name
~ Elaborate curving floral handle
~ The spoons are entirely non-magnetic and I am unsure of composition - I am assuming that they are silver plated, and if they are coin or sterling silver you won't be disappointed then
Ready and waiting for your kitchen, project, collection, or gift giving - You will love this!
MARKINGS: Eagle mark with WM Rogers a Star and the number 2 on the back of the spoon handle - see pics
MEASUREMENTS: 6" long x 1 1/4" wide
WEIGHT: 60 grams together on my scale
CONDITION: Great vintage condition - no damage or quirks to mention
View & enlarge photographs to closely inspect fine details and to determine the amount of patina and/or wear. Most older pieces by nature normally have some degree of both and, unless severe, aren't considered damaged. I will try my best to note anything glaring or distracting. Do utilize the scroll arrows beside the photos to allow yourself the opportunity to view them all, as they are an integral part of the description.
